Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available if services have not been delivered as described, or if there is a proven technical failure on our part that prevents proper use of the platform. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Completed services, used credits, and setup work are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, unused time, or partial use of services.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and proof of payment. All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
